Mainland Britain - Internet Orders
Delivery is free on orders placed on the internet over £20 (excl VAT). For orders placed on the internet under £20 (excl VAT), a delivery charge of £2.99 (excl VAT) will be added at checkout.
Mainland Britain - Telephone Orders
Orders placed by telephone over £85.00 (excl VAT), delivery will be free of charge. For orders placed by telephone under £85.00 (excl VAT) a delivery charge of £4.15 (excl VAT) will be added.
Northern and Southern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands
Orders placed over £150.00 (excl VAT), will be sent free of charge. For orders placed under £150.00 (excl VAT), a shipping charge will be payable but not charged at checkout. Instead, we will calculate your shipping charge and contact you to arrange for a separate payment.
Rest of the World
A shipping charge will be payable for all orders placed; but not charged at checkout. Instead, we will calculate your shipping charge and contact you to arrange separate payment.
General Notes
All orders received before 3pm will be dispatched for delivery the next working day (Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm). WHILST WE ENDEAVOUR TO DELIVER NEXT DAY, THIS SERVICE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. For customers outside mainland Britain, we will dispatch your delivery once payment of any additional shipping charges has been finalised.
Small and low cost items will be sent out in the post 1st class - delivery can take up to 3 days.
For special deliveries a surcharge of £6.90 for a before noon service and £11.40 for a before 10am service will incur.
Please note that flammable goods cannot be exported.

Please ensure that the number of boxes/pallets received correspond to our courier delivery note, as discrepancies of this nature cannot be rectified later. Any discrepancy must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Incorrectly Supplied Items
We will accept items back for credit which have been incorrectly supplied, provided that: -
a) We are notified in writing or by telephone within 2 days of delivery that they were incorrectly supplied.
b) They are unmarked and have not been worn.
c) They have not been adapted.
d) They are returned in the original packaging in a clean, re-saleable condition.
e) The Delivery Note or Official Order Number are quoted.
